I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 4,000 hours of coaching experience, working with individuals and teams from 16 countries over nearly two decades.

I am privileged to be part of the CTI certification faculty since 2007 holding all the roles -CPL; supervisor and examiner – in service of empowering the learning of new professional Co-Active coaches.

My journey began back when I was working as a Product Manager in tech, guided by a longing to dedicate myself to something of greater service to others.

I hold a B.S. in computer science and shifted into coaching pursuing certifications from CTI as well as from the ICF and Integral Coaching Canada.

In core curriculum, I found a renewed sense of purpose and have since then, committed to my own development in order to evolve personally and professionally to grow my capacity of service. This has led me to ongoing studies in order to integrate diverse disciplines including shadow work; family constellation and systems coaching; mindfulness; embodied facilitation; interpersonal neurobiology; enneagram; CBT; attachment theory; ADHD and trauma informed approaches.

My multicultural upbringing, being half Colombian half Spanish and having lived in all continents and many cities, has shaped my sensitivity to diversity, inclusion and the power of true curiosity.

In my own life journey of healing and leading my life and business, I have found and developed practices and rituals that incorporate conscious movement, yoga, Fendelkrais, dance, creative writing , improv, using oracle cards, painting – to name a few- which I also weave into my work to different degrees.

I am a mindful (and super proud) mom of one and find joy in nature, poetry, real relationships and art.
