Rachel Baldi is a certified coach, CTI faculty member, and co-founder of UpLevel Productions, an organization on a mission to humanize the workplace. Described as intuitive, empowering, and deeply relational, she partners with organizations, teams, and leaders to build cultures of high engagement, strong retention, and sustainable transformation.

For nearly two decades, Rachel has been designing and leading leadership programs, guiding large-scale initiatives across diverse sectors, and cultivating trusted partnerships with global clients. She is especially experienced in working across cultures and with globally distributed teams, helping organizations strengthen communication and collaboration. A core part of her work is training internal cadres of coaches and supporting leaders to become more coach-like in their roles—skills that ripple out into stronger engagement, innovation, and trust.

Beyond her corporate leadership work, Rachel is also a Certified End-of-Life and Grief Coach and Interfaith Advocate. She is passionate about educating people and organizations to be grief-aware and equipping them with the tools to create grief-safe workplaces and communities where grief is acknowledged, included, and supported. Across all of her work, Rachel is on a mission to empower people to lead with conscious presence, responsibility, and truth.

When not coaching or facilitating, Rachel is raising her seven children and can often be found chopping wood, tending to animals on her homestead farm, or traveling with her family.
