Randy is a passionate executive coach, innovative leader, and dynamic facilitator with expertise in global operations management, call center leadership, leading diverse geographically dispersed teams, learning design, executive onboarding, and leadership development. Randy has been a global FORL course leader since 2005.
Randy has a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Organizational Innovation. He is also certified as a CTNC, CTPC, leadership circle profile, DiSC, and becoming certified in Integrative 9 Enneagram in 2025.
During his 23 years at American Express Co, Randy held leadership roles in Global Talent, L&D, Leader Effectiveness, Operations Management, and Global Leadership Development & Coaching. Randy played a key role in spearheading an internal, cross-functional team (Legal, HR, L&D, Operations, Hiring) and engaged a Six Sigma team to obtain approval to launch an internal, US network-wide Performance Coach team.
In addition to coaching students in CTI certification, I typical coach mid to senior level executives in many areas such as effective communication, clarity on visions/strategy, executive presence, transitions, relationship skills, cross functional alignment, and aligning intention with impact.
Randy lives in Atlanta with his partner of over 20 years and three dogs AND he LOVES to travel the world!
