I have been a FORL for CTI’s coaching courses and CLE since 2014 and it is some of the work I love most. I am passionate about Co-Active.

I started my career as a social worker with roles as a therapist in private practice, a clinical supervisor, as well as 10 years in nonprofit leadership roles.

I found CTI at a personal and career crossroads in 2008: I was a burned out leader who happened to receive some coaching.

My first thought after my first session: “My coach is having way more fun than I am with work.” The second: “I could do this!”

I take a trauma-informed, somatically grounded, person-focused approach. I hold space for the highs and lows of living, loving, and working through this unique time in human history.

I reside full-time at Sonoma Ashram and relish my “second shift” as a student and practitioner of Aghor Yoga.
