Over her career, Sign√Ω has worked with C-Suite members and senior leadership teams from large international firms, to small, scrappy startups – applying her commitment to business growth and individual leader’s success equally. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of IR & HR, from Queen’s University. In 2021 she was awarded the Master Certified Coach designation, one of only 2500 in the world.

Sign√Ω has been leading the core curriculum of CTI since 2005. In 2008 she started leading the workshops in corporations, and currently also works as a Faculty Associate for CTI, working with companies to customize this content to meet their unique and specific organizational needs.

She specializes in Executive and Leadership Coaching, and is particularly passionate about supporting women leaders be and bring their best to both their work and personal lives!
