Susan began her career at IBM, where she held a range of leadership roles across design, development, technical marketing, sales, and consulting. She led the creation of experiential learning programs that boosted sales performance, improved morale, and equipped sales leaders to succeed in rapidly changing environments.

Since founding her own firm, Susan has coached mid- and senior-level executives, entrepreneurs, and high-potential professionals across industries including tech, healthcare, financial services, legal, education, hospitality, and the nonprofit sector. Her clients have included Fortune 500 companies, leading universities, and innovative organizations such as IBM, Abbott, BP, Leo Burnett, Northwestern University and Marquette University. Her work helps leaders build trust, deepen client relationships, and enhance team dynamics.

Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering & Italian from the University of Notre Dame & a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University.
