Vera is a passionate human resources executive with a background in banking & economics and over 15 years’ experience in multinational companies. She has lived and worked abroad and knows the challenges of leaders in matrix companies inside out.

Today she works with leaders and their teams, as well as private individuals and couples. The focus of her work is to inspire trust – the essential foundation of healthy relationship – and she is known for her light, playful, direct and insightful style. Vera likes to keep it simple and pragmatic so that learning and change “stick”.

When not working, Vera loves to dance, and to be in connection – with friends, family and nature. She lives in Germany, coaches and trains in German, English and French.
