All programs include a non-refundable registration fee. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel:

• For Foundations and Ignite, cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the start date.
• For Deepen and ACC Supervision, cancellations must be made more than 21 days in advance.

Within the stated windows (48 hours or 21 days), or once a program has begun, no refunds are available. Transfer requests may be allowed with applicable fees and limited flexibility once the course has started.

While you can coach without certification, credentials demonstrate your commitment to excellence and professional standards. Certification opens doors to corporate clients, higher fees, and international recognition through ICF alignment.

Every course features two highly trained and expert faculty members working in co-leadership. This unique model provides multiple perspectives, real-time demonstration of Co-Active principles, and the richest possible learning experience. Faculty undergo rigorous selection and continuous development.
