Don’Angelo Bivens is a certified trauma-informed coach and speaker with 20 years of experience guiding senior and C-Suite leaders across various industries. His engaging and direct style helps leaders align with their values and increase their impact through self-reflection and transformation.

Michelle Goss is a transformational coach with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and groups achieve greater happiness and success. About the Instructors

Kristen Maki (left) and Priya Nalkur, Ed.D (right) will co-lead this session, bringing together their deep expertise in coaching, leadership, and inclusion.

Kristen Maki is a professional coach who has been a part of the Co-Active team since 2012. Maki works with leaders and high achievers from diverse backgrounds, all of whom share a strong vision for change. Her focus extends beyond personal growth to include transforming larger social systems.

Priya Nalkur is a psychologist, coach, and founder of the RoundTable Institute, where she helps leaders create more inclusive workplaces. A Harvard- and Yale-educated speaker and author, she lives in Austin, Texas, with her two children and a passion for fostering belonging through courageous leadership.
