Grow Your Capacity to Lead Through Complexity
Join us for a webinar about growing your capacity to lead in an increasingly demanding and complex world. We’ll introduce a way of developing as a leader that moves beyond the acquisition of static skills to something deeper — from what you know to who you are.
Hosted by Jeff Jacobson and Monica Garcia on December 14 at 9:30 am Pacific Time, this webinar is for those who are interested in growing their leadership from the inside-out. Whether you are a leader of teams, coach, consultant, entrepreneur, change maker, or community leader, you could benefit from learning about expanding your leadership capacity.
In this webinar, you will explore:
- How the traditional model of leadership is failing
- The difference between “doing” and “being” in leadership
- The impact of horizontal and vertical development
- Growing capacity in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world
- Demonstration of vertical development
- The Co-Active Leadership model, as seen in the book Co-Active Leadership: Five Ways to Lead
- Leader training pathways with CTI
Register now to explore how you can grow, respond, and lead in a world that keeps throwing curve balls.
Speakers
Jeff Jacobson, CPCC
Jeff coaches and plays with people who yearn for bold, Technicolor lives. He has been
involved in coaching and human growth work since 1994. Prior to coming to the world
of coaching and leading for the Co-Active Leadership Program, Jeff worked in the field
of language teaching and Chinese/English interpreting. His experience living in East
and Southeast Asia ripped apart his world view and taught him to love things like
seaweed, good directions and fine, fine storytelling. In addition to his own coaching
practice, Jeff travels internationally for CTI leading coaching workshops..
