Cesar is the Partner in Mexico, and France for CTI and the founder and Director Blue Bridge Talent Center in Mexico and Spain .
He has an MBA from ITAM in Mexico, with a joint program with EM Lyon in France, as well as a BA in International Relations from Universidad de las Americas. He has been certified as a CPCC by The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California, and trained as Organizational and Relational Systems Coach by The Center for Right Relationship. He is also a Leadership Circle Profile, Birkman Method and Hogan Certified Consultant, and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified Practitioner. And he is in the process of getting certified in the Team Diagnostic from Team Coaching International.

After a successful 15-year career in Management, Operations and Sales/Marketing in Mexico and as an entrepreneur in France, he switched his professional focus towards Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Team Coaching in multinational corporations, including several that are part of the Fortune 500 index.
His professional passion has always been to awaken in people the desire to search within and develop in ways that lead them to Awareness and Choice, and to empower and develop high performance teams.

Cesar is also part of the Global Network of consultants and facilitators of The Leadership Circle, Duke University’s Corporate Education (DUKE CE), and he is faculty for The Coaches Training Institute worldwide, having delivered courses and trainings in Mexico, the United States, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Singapore, Dubai, the Netherlands, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Guatemala, Panama, Uruguay, Ecuador, Canada, Venezuela, Peru, Finland, France, Portugal, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, UK, Denmark, Switzerland, Greece, South Korea, and Turkey.
