“You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink” I work with people who are “thirsty horses” and although already successful they know that there is more to them and their life; making them my ideal coaching client who is a “Thirsty Thoroughbred”.

I work primarily with Executives and Coaches who are developing their coaching practices. Since 2000 I have been on the CTI Faculty as a Co-Leader of all the Co-Active Coaching workshops and as a Supervisor in the Certification Program.

I have had extensive experience working in Corporations in a variety of capacities including: Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and General Manager.

I have a passion for the Co-Active Model, I love my work, and I feel privileged to be doing this work which is an opportunity to have a profound impact on those I work with.

I am blessed with a loving wife and 4 daughters, and 6 grandchildren whom I cherish more than anything else.
