Since 2012, I’ve been deeply involved with the Co-Active Training Institute, serving as an examiner and individual and group supervisor for the Co-Active Coaching Certification program.
My work is rooted in empowering clients to transform limiting patterns and beliefs, fostering deep healing and sustainable growth.

My educational background is diverse, including a Master of Engineering in Industrial Management, Master in Corporate Finance, and specialized training in somatic leadership, self-induced cognitive trance, and the Presencing Foundation Program.
I’m also certified in ORSC and Co-Active coaching and hold MBTI I & II certifications.
Additionally, I’m an Akashic Records Master Practitioner and Teacher, leveraging this profound tool to support clients in accessing deeper insights and clarity.

Professionally, I’ve held executive and leadership roles in corporate and consulting spaces, including 14 years as Director and Head of Transformation University at Capgemini Consulting, 3 years as Deputy General Manager at Dehydration Technologies, and 5 years as a Founding Partner at Belongship Management Consulting.
These experiences have honed my expertise in transformation, leadership, and organizational development.

My coaching practice focuses on deep healing work, burnout avoidance and recovery, women’s leadership, executive presence, and leading with impact.
I’m passionate about helping clients navigate challenges and step into their fullest potential, both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, I’m surrounded by men in my personal life three boys, a male dog, and a male cat which keeps life lively, full of laughter, and creates a perfect environment to grow and balance my feminine energy.
