Kevin Craig is a globally recognised executive coach, leadership facilitator. With over 18,000 hours of coaching and facilitation experience, he has trained thousands of professionals in CTI’s Co-Active coaching model, helping them lead with authenticity, courage, and impact. Kevin also serves as a faculty leader for the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP).
Based in Bahrain, Kevin has spent a total of three decades living in the Middle East. His work spans the Gulf region and beyond, partnering with leaders from royal families, Ministers, and senior officials, as well as corporate leaders driving national transformation agendas. He has coached and facilitated with senior executives in Fortune 500 companies, high-potential leaders in start-ups, international NGOs, and senior figures in government.
Kevin’s approach blends the Co-Active model with movement, embodiment, and group dynamics to create engaging, impactful experiences that foster both personal insight and collective breakthroughs. As the Founder & CEO of Craig Consultants (since 2008), his firm has been consistently recognised as the Best Executive Coaching Company in the Middle East. He also implements the Bloom Growth Operating System in the region.
Having studied an MBA at Kingston University (UK) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Kinesiopractic (ICPKP, NZ), Kevin is a Master Certified Coach (MCC, ICF), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a Leadership Circle Profile Certified Practitioner. He is also a certified YPO and EO Forum Facilitator, DISC Certified Practitioner. His expertise includes executive coaching, leadership development, team coaching, culture transformation, high-performance coaching, and energy psychology.
A published author, Kevin co-wrote Polar Bears and Penguins, a book on transforming polarised organisations into high-performing cultures. A passionate adventurer, he spends winters camping in the desert and summers scuba diving or skydiving. The Kingdom of Bahrain is home, where he shares life with his wife Khulood, a fellow coach and business partner.
