Many reasons inspire us to be coaches, and humanity is often at the heart of that quest. When CTI faculty, Eric Kohner and Anne Grete Mazziotta, had the opportunity to deliver Co-Active Fundamentals in a correctional center in Arizona, they thought that the power of coaching would have a transformative effect on the residents. What they didn’t quite realize was how transformative it would be for them too.
