Cat Williford is proud to be a pioneer in the field of Coaching and Coach Training, receiving one of the first six certifications bestowed by CTI in 1994! Cat is also a keynote speaker and the author of The Ovarian Chronicles – Expectations, Heartache, Resilience. Cat founded Your Heroine’s Journey Live show, coaching programs, and retreats to help women around the globe unmask their Heroine’s stories, heartfelt vulnerabilities, and inner strength. A connecter of diverse worlds, she fuses body wisdom with coaching, spirituality, strengths focus, communication savvy and women’s leadership principles. The result is a holistic experience that nurtures clients to define their version of success and joy.
