During the Co-Active Leadership Experience participants will spend their days immersed in an experiential group, exploring the 5 dimensions of the Co-Active Leadership Model. Explore different leadership styles: understand when and how to use them and where to focus specifically to become more effective as a leader.

This powerful, experiential program is guaranteed to identify and break through self-perceived limits, putting you on the road to a deeper and richer expression of yourself as a leader. Deepen your ability to access your unique strengths and personal power as you participate in adventure-based activities, interactive exercises, spirited dialogue, and other group processes. You will graduate having experienced true transformative change, more aware of and in tune with your impact in the world and on others.
