CO-ACTIVE® TRAINING INSTITUTE

Let's create a new language of leadership, together!

For the last 30 years the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) has been offering the gold-standard in coach training and leadership development for individuals and organizations. Now we are creating a new language of leadership. Let's do this together.

Business Building for Co-Active Coaches

Empowering You to Launch a Thriving Coaching Business

We’ve been training professional coaches for more than 30 years. Our faculty team includes Professional and Master Certified Coaches who have been running successful coaching practices for decades.

Our coach training program equips you with the skills to coach at a professional level, but those aspiring to be independent coaches also need to develop their business-building skills. This is why our program includes business-building training sessions for all current and past participants of our coach training program.

Our business-building sessions are designed to support your success. Learn from a thriving coaching business owner about marketing your business, finding your unique brand, and avoiding the common pitfalls of those new to the business of coaching.

What to Expect in the Business-Building Sessions

We offer learners access to a series of 6 interactive, live business-building sessions that can be completed in any order. Just like in a Co-Active classroom, participants will be on camera and interacting with their peers and session leader, bringing real examples and challenges.

The topics covered are:

Getting Started in Marketing

Often people think of marketing as getting a website and a business card, but it’s much more than that! In this session, we’ll help demystify the process and get you started on a marketing plan that can easily be expanded.

Attracting Clients:  A Fresh Perspective

Students often ask, “How do I get clients?” We make a distinction between getting clients and attracting clients. Getting clients can be a struggle, while attracting clients can lead to success aligned with your values, in addition to being a lot more fun.

Your Offers, Your Gifts to the World

One of the most useful ways to promote your business is to package your coaching in the form of offers.  The question we often hear is: “What should I offer?”  In this session we will explore guidelines to help you develop offers that are inspiring to you and others.

We hold 1-2 of these training sessions each month and repeat them at different times of the day to accommodate multiple time zones.
