CO-ACTIVE® TRAINING INSTITUTE

Let's create a new language of leadership, together!

For the last 30 years the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) has been offering the gold-standard in coach training and leadership development for individuals and organizations. Now we are creating a new language of leadership. Let's do this together.

Co-Active Refresher

Reconnecting you to your Co-Active coach training

Refresh Your Coaching Skills

The Co-Active Refresher course is designed exclusively for coaches who have completed their Co-Active coach training. In a 1-day intensive recap of your learning, you'll reconnect with the Co-Active model and revisit the core principles from Fundamentals to Synergy. Whether you've been out of the classroom for 10 days or 20 years, this course will re-immerse you in the world of Co-Active coaching and let you hone your skills in a small, intimate cohort.

We will cover content from each of the intermediate courses, so you must have completed the Co-Active coach training curriculum, including Synergy.

Who Is This Course For?

  • For learners who have previously completed Co-Active coach training and want to refresh their learning, coaching skills, or reconnect with the model.
  • For learners who have been out of the Co-Active classroom for more than 5 years and want to apply for certification or become an assistant.
  • For learners who want practice and re-immerse in Co-Active coaching in preparation for certification.

Resume Your Coaching Journey

This coach training refresher course is an energizing re-entry for coaches who want to reconnect with and reaffirm their Co-Active training. It is also a way for people who have been out of the Co-Active classroom for many years to refresh their knowledge and sharpen their skills in preparation for resuming their journey — either in the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) program or as an Assistant in our course rooms.

If you completed your coach training more than 5 years ago, this course enables you to resume your journey without re-taking the complete Co-Active curriculum.
