Since she left her parents’ home at age of 17, Elena has been through a whirlwind of successes and failures while leading businesses and building teams in 17 countries on three continents. Through her 20+ years executive career Elena developed a passion for using every experience as a base for learning and growth.  Elena serves this passion through her executive coaching and leadership development practice in Europe and North America, as well as her doctoral research and teaching of leadership and coaching. Elena partners with senior executives and management teams to help them grow themselves, their businesses, and organizations so there are more fulfilled people, more humane workplaces, and more vibrant and sustainable communities.  With her husband and daughter Elena lives between Canada and Ukraine and, when not coaching or leading workshops, she continues to explore life through nature, arts, food, and deep connections with people across cultures.
