Kat has enjoyed twenty years of success running her own coaching business while also being inspired by training coaches for CTI during the past decade. Helping coaches succeed in this heart-based work is her passion & purpose. Her Company, Soul Driven Success, a business academy for professional coaches, allows her to go wild with this passion. Kat engages people in a fun and practical way, aligning them with their purpose and empowering them to reach their ultimate career goals. Kat has also made her impact on others as an author, interfaith minister and inspiring speaker. She enjoys traveling in her beloved camper, JoJo.
