Marlena has been Faculty at CTI since 2005 and is passionate about empowering leaders and organizations to thrive in their mission and impact. As an MCC she has over 20 years of personal and professional experience in human development and leadership training. Organizations she has worked with include: Roche, Morrison & Foerster, Cisco, Google, UNICEF, Airbnb, BASF, Stanford, Singapore Civil Service and the Transportation Security Administration. As a long-time meditator, Marlena also teaches Mindfulness and holds 2 certifications to teach meditation. In the past decade she has turned her Mindfulness toward Equity and Inclusion movements and actively works to bring cultural awareness, transformational conversations and courageous action to all the work she does. Prior to becoming a coach, Marlena guided outdoor leadership programs at Outward Bound. She currently leads Vision Fast retreats and adventure healing trips. Based in southern Colorado, she loves the balance of living in a small town but working globally. When she is not coaching or facilitating you’ll probably find her climbing a mountain, skiing a slope, biking a trail or paddling down a river.
