One of my greatest delights is to support people in discovering more about how they want to show up in life and support them make that happen. My career started in Financial Communication in the City of London but in 2002 my believe in more human-centred business practices led me to coaching. I am a German citizen who’s lived more than half her life outside her home country. I actively seek out varied, multi-cultural settings and environments and have worked with people from 6 continents, a large number of different countries and cultures, and various spiritual beliefs in many different kinds of organisations. Living and working across cultures helps me to challenge my own assumptions, as well as systemic ones, and to think out of the box. Since 2006, I have been a CTI faculty member. I am a Master Certified Coach with the ICF and focus on Leadership and Team Coaching. I am married and a mother of three children who I consider my greatest teachers. I am also an introvert who loves real conversations, being outdoors and a good book.
