Yao Chen
MBA, MS EdMaster of Business Administration, Cambridge University; Master of Science in Education, University of Pennsylvania. Yao is a learning program designer and leadership coach. After spending over 10 years in management consulting across Asia, North American and Europe, Yao focuses her energy on bridging the long-time divide between classroom learning and real-world application as a way to help individuals become the highest and truest version of who they are. She is endlessly curious about the integration of “body” and “mind” to unlock human potential. In her spare time, she runs, does yoga, and travels; and occasionally serves as a fashion stylist to help people see their real beauty inside-out. Yao holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Cambridge University and a Master of Science in Education from University of Pennsylvania
