Alonso Rios is a multicultural executive coach who specializes in leadership and relational systems coaching. With extensive experience in the private sector, he is also a faculty member of Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), where he serves as a front-of-the-room leader for the coaching curriculum.
Alonso holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in New York and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
His coaching work includes collaboration with the U.S. Federal Government, the United Nations, multicultural groups, and executives across various sectors, including technology and finance. He also provides coaching to certification students.
Alonso focuses on leadership, systems, and relationship coaching. He is a trauma-informed coach and has received certifications in the Narrative Enneagram. Additionally, he utilizes tools such as Leadership Circle, CliftonStrengths, and integrative Enneagram assessments in his practice.
Alonso, an avid reader, is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. He is currently learning Catalan to better integrate into Catalunya, Spain, where he lives with his wife.
