Louise is a bilingual Executive Coach, Trainer and CTI faculty member dedicated to the certification program. She holds more than 40 years of experience, of which 20 were focussed on developing various competencies with individuals, groups, and teams. She possesses a vast experience as a leader in advertising through international opportunities where she headed multicultural teams and a variety of projects for International companies such as Emirates Airlines, Pepsi-Cola, Procter and Gamble to name a few, all the while living in Dubai.
Known for her creative flair she has created and delivered many leadership programs and workshop for a variety of professionals and sectors that includes: pharmacology, engineering, retail, manufacturing, transport (air and road), banking, among others. She accompanies leaders and often, leaders with their team members through team coaching interventions seeking more efficiency and coherence. She skilfully uses a mix of intuition and knowledge when creating and delivering these services.
Louise distinguishes herself through her laughter, her depth, by being humble & direct and demonstrating a high level of agility and adaptability. While her formal education was in Communication that led to her career in advertising, her career reorientation towards coaching has been the start of an on-going journey of continuous learning that she continues to pursue. She is ORSC trained and holds multiple assessment certifications such as Team Diagnostic, EQi 2.0, ISI influence type, The Leadership Circle, Korn Ferry Leadership potential and DISC. She is actively working on obtaining her MCC credential with the ICF at present. Next on the list is neuroscience and creativity integration.
being back in Montreal since 2009, she is at a place now where gratitude is omnipresent and wanting to give back, is her greatest motivator. You might find her in the forest, hiking and connecting to nature when not coaching. It is her favorite sanctuary.
