Salma, a Palestinian Canadian based in Dubai, UAE, is an executive coach and leadership transformation facilitator with over two decades of experience. She is the Founder of The Pathway Project and has worked with leading organizations worldwide, guiding C-suite executives, teams, and individuals across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, focusing on authentic and conscious leadership. Since 2013, Salma has been a front-of-the-room leader, and in 2016, she became a supervisor.
Salma holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in HR and Marketing from Saint Mary’s University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London. She became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in 2013 and is also deepening her expertise through certifications in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté and Somatic Experiencing.
Her coaching approach integrates interdisciplinary modalities, providing a holistic framework rooted in self-awareness, self-responsibility, accountability, and purposeful action. She incorporates trauma-informed coaching principles to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate their challenges with strength and direction.
She firmly believes in the potential of individuals and the importance of embracing life experiences to uncover deep inner truths crucial for self-awareness and transformation. Dedicated to inspiring, motivating, and guiding individuals, Salma helps them discover the answers within themselves, leading them on a path of aliveness and enabling them to lead their lives with impact and purpose. She strongly believes that putting aside the personas we carry will help us connect with our one universal language – the conversation of the heart.
