A mathematician by training, Graham was living an easy but unfulfilling life as a software engineer in New York City when "the time came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom" (Anaïs Nin). He quit his job on Wall Street and all its comforts to become a certified Bikram yoga teacher. Still yearning for more, he discovered coaching, got certified, attended CTI’s life-changing Co-Active Leadership Program and embarked on a career as a Co-Active coach. He works mostly in organisations and is passionate about helping new leaders grow. A published poet, he believes in the transformative power of language and metaphor. His yoga background has instilled him the belief that the body has information and that emotions are signposts to experiences we need to have to evolve. Graham lives in Minneapolis, three blocks from his favourite lake, which he enjoys walking around in summer and biking on in winter.
