Carey is a self-described spiritual gangster, entrepreneur, Co-Active coach and soul-seeker, obsessed with helping people find what makes them feel truly alive.

Carlo is responsible for the integrity of the business and the leaders who run our workplace and workshops. He has been a member of CTI’s faculty since 2013, leading both public and corporate programs.

Jonathan Wilkinson

Chief Operating Officer, CPCC

Jonathan is Chief Wizardry Officer (also known as COO). He is committed to helping alchemize business performance on the soul line and the goal line. Jonathan is responsible for growing leaders, cultivating strategic alignment, driving change initiatives, and supporting day-to-day execution. He is the executive sponsor for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Product, Operations, Technology, and Partnerships.
