Meet our Executive Team, who, with over 300 staff and Faculty worldwide, is helping to bring our vision to life every day.
For more than 20 years, Anna held key sales leadership positions with thought leaders in technology and education, including Apple, Adobe, Blackboard, and IBM. Her career reflects consistent achievement of sales recognition for herself and her teams, while gaining the highest levels of customer delight. Anna has worked with executives and leaders of many high-performing organizations, a few of which include Motorola, Bank of America, Broward County Schools, Gwinnett County Schools, and the Department of Defense Education (DoDEA).
Courtney Smith Kramer
Courtney comes to the Co-Active brand as an agency co-founder and executive creative director for Silicon Valley integrated marketing firm PureMatter, whose notable clients included Cisco, Plantronics, Pitney Bowes, International Culinary Center, IBM, and Netflix DVD.com.
Ivette joins CTI with over 25 years of global management and service experience, with previous roles as head of talent and organizational development, a global head of talent mobility, and the learning COO for several different professional services organizations.
Jonathan is responsible for CTI's global product vision and strategy. He has spent the last 15 years Jonathan has building high-performing teams across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, with extensive experience in global go-to-market, new product development and product launch.
Prior to joining CTI Michael led teams in building ed-tech tools for K-12 and adult certification audiences. He has worked for range of companies including startups and major software contracts for companies such as Cisco, Google, Microsoft and Scholastic.
Robin’s leadership experience stretches across the retail, hospitality, and transport industries, in small and large organizations, and he is bringing that expertise to his current role by directing product-delivery operational functions to ensure successful course events for CTI students.
