For more than 30 years, people have finished Co-Active training and carried the work into their lives, their coaching practices, and their organizations. Today, for the first time, they have one place to stay connected to each other.
The Co-Active Training Institute has launched the Co-Active Community, a digital platform that brings together one of the largest and most established alumni networks in coaching and leadership development. Co-Active has trained more than 150,000 coaches and leaders who now work across nearly every industry and in countries around the world.
Co-Active training was designed to develop extraordinary coaches who support people in their ongoing personal transformation. From the start, something more happened: people showed up as their whole selves, met each other with curiosity and courage, and deep, authentic community formed on its own. Alongside individual mastery, alumni learned what becomes possible when people connect and grow together.
Alumni have kept that connection going on their own. But without a central place to gather, they built and sought out communities in their own corners of the world, and that work has carried its global network for years. The Co-Active Community builds on what they started.
The Co-Active Community is a home for people who have made Co-Active part of their life and work, and a place to stay connected and keep growing together. It extends something that has always defined Co-Active training: the learning continues after a course ends.
Alumni can reconnect with the people they trained with and meet Co-Active people from around the world, so wherever they are, they can find their circle. They can keep growing by learning from others doing the same work and stay close to the source through shared resources, peer coaching, and continuing education built for people already trained in the Co-Active approach.
And because everyone in the community adds valuable insight, what people share will help shape its future.
Co-Active Community is now open to Co-Active alumni and to the institute’s esteemed faculty of more than 200 trainers who lead its courses, certification, and supervision.
