Grow Your Capacity to Lead Through Complexity
Join us for a webinar about growing your capacity to lead in an increasingly demanding and complex world. We’ll introduce a way of developing as a leader that moves beyond the acquisition of static skills to something deeper — from what you know to who you are.
Hosted by Elenna Mosoff and Carlo Bos on September 5 at 9:00 am Pacific Time, this webinar is for those who are interested in growing their leadership from the inside-out. Whether you are a leader of teams, coach, consultant, entrepreneur, change maker, or community leader, you could benefit from learning about expanding your leadership capacity.
In this webinar, you will explore:
- How the traditional model of leadership is failing
- The difference between “doing” and “being” in leadership
- The impact of horizontal and vertical development
- Growing capacity in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world
- Demonstration of vertical development
- The Co-Active Leadership model, as seen in the book Co-Active Leadership: Five Ways to Lead
- Leader training pathways with CTI
Register now to explore how you can grow, respond, and lead in a world that keeps throwing curve balls.
Speakers
Elenna Mosoff, MFA, CPCC, PCC
Elenna is here to help people realise they are connected to a bigger myth and unfolding
story. She believes in a world where leaders know they are weaving a tale bigger than
themselves, and that they matter to the whole of the world. After 15 years as a professional
theatre director and producer in Canada, the US and Europe, Elenna shifted her creative
powers towards designing and facilitating interpersonal, intimate experiences for
the public as well as corporate leadership teams in industries ranging from banking
to gaming. She is currently on a lifelong quest with the River Rising NFP collective
to create a sustainable future on 350 acres of rural land in Ontario for the sake
of healing through relationships while leaning into creative artistic practices. This
is bringing Elenna closer to her Jewish roots and her camp kid roots, while grounding
her leadership in practice and deepening her relationship to the land. Elenna is committed
to continuing to learn and unlearn what it means to be grounded in her lineages and
leadership while living in this current, ever shifting context. Elenna lives in Toronto
with her wife Lindy, and dog, Grover.
Carlo Bos, CPCC, M.Ed., PCC
Carlo has dedicated his last 20 years to working with leaders and teams who want to
powerfully and joyfully step into the responsibility and potential of uncompromising
relational leadership. As a member of CTI's Coach Training and Leadership faculty,
he draws on a diverse background of experience in life and work, most recently as
the Co-CEO of CTI from 2018-2023. His background also includes degrees in Economics
and Education (Psychology), work with leaders from 5 continents, and roles as a global
executive, facilitator, coach, and entrepreneur. Carlo loves working with clients
who are longing to push the limits on what it means to lead with the four P's at the
heart of their legacy: Purpose, People, Planet and Profit. He believes that the future
of leadership is in all of our hands, and that Co-Active leaders are on the front
lines of global transformation.
“In both our professional and personal lives, we are being challenged as never before to adapt to an unpredictable and rapidly changing world.” |
