Louria Lindauer, ACC, CPCC 

Louria Lindauer is a Certified Diversity Practitioner, an ICF Credentialed Coach and global Agile, EQ leadership development professional who has dedicated her career in creating inclusive, sustainable and psychological safe environments. She brings an innovative, creative, bold, and laughter-fueled approach to creating sustainable momentum and meaningful organizational change. A brainstormer and a motivator who is certified in DEI, Agility, and EQ Leadership, she has over 25 years’ experience as a professional enterprise strategist and organizational culture change coach. 

Carlo Bos, CPCC, M.Ed., PCC

Carlo has dedicated his last 20 years to working with leaders and teams who want to powerfully and joyfully step into the responsibility and potential of uncompromising relational leadership. As a member of CTI's Coach Training and Leadership faculty, he draws on a diverse background of experience in life and work, most recently as the Co-CEO of CTI from 2018-2023. His background also includes degrees in Economics and Education (Psychology), work with leaders from 5 continents, and roles as a global executive, facilitator, coach, and entrepreneur.
